Service and food were great! I'll be back.

We weren't impressed by this place. We asked a few questions related to some menu items and it felt like we were bugging him. We needed up getting a burger and it was definitely overcooked to the point where there was no possibility that this burger would even drip a drop of moisture.

They need lessons on phone etiquette and face to face customer service. We tried to place an order and the girl that answered the phone was so rude and said “what do you want” and I said excuse me and see proceeded to get more rude and ignorant, so I responded nothing. My husband and I were almost there so decided to go in and speak to the owner/manger, the girl totally ignored us and the owners son did too. I will never patronize a business that treats people that way!

Would certainly recommend trying out this place. Fantastic mood, tasty food, awesome customer service. 5 stars.

First time in, will definitely be back!

I got carry out. Very friendly young lady at the register, we ordered the Philly sub, and bbq chicken pizza. The subs are hearty with soft rolls and the pizza was cooked perfectly with a soft crust. We enjoyed it.

People that works there are not nice at all I will never order from there again

After researching where to eat while we were in town on vacation my wife and I decided to come try this place out. It was 15 minutes away so I went to pick up our food to bring back for the night. Their website and google both stated that they close at 8:30 so I didn’t think much of it when I arrived at 7:30. I was then told that they were closed. It’s one thing to close 15 minutes early on a slow night but an hour is a pretty big jump. Was really excited to try the food as the pictures looked awesome. So basically call before you go because otherwise they may be closed.

Walk in at 825 pm. Out of rolls, really? Got all kinds of food going on the grill. Told we're all done for night. I wanted pizza, guess I wont ever waste my time stopping in. Thanks for nothing.

Girl on the phone hard to understand. Picked up 20" sub & young girl was not friendly. Felt like I was bothering her to pick up MY order. 2' sub with 1' of meat! 🤷‍♀️

Their food is very good, they clearly use high quality ingredients. Prices are very reasonable too.

This place used to be a 4 or 5* with loaded subs and awesome Philly bread. No longer the case. Much less meat and a soft roll.Pizza is still first rate.

The Italian stallion sub is wonderful. The employees are very nice.

I’m kind of surprised at the reviews from people saying great customer service. Don’t get me wrong, the cheesesteaks are great! Well, they used to be - my order yesterday had hardly any meat on it. First of all - they are never open the hours on the website say. Second, when they are open they sound annoyed when they answer the phone. I went to pick up my food last night and the 10 year old that was cleaning and also manning the register was just as rude as the guys cooking the food. A word to the wise - you guys are off the beaten path. You have good food. If you want to stay in business I suggest you change your attitude. The locals are your lifeline to success.

While the food is okay, the whole experience is made insufferable due to no air conditioning. A metal fan blew hot, humid air toward the front counter but nowhere else. We'll do carry out from now on.

Just tried to call and ask a question person that picked up the phone said some unlegible words and then hung up without letting me say a single word. Extremely rude!!! I would not and will not ever go there.

Always a consistently good Italian Hoagie. The rolls and choice meats make it that way. A bit off the beaten path and that probably is what keeps the prices reasonable.

I am feeling lucky this place is close to where I live. I never was disappointed with this place, food is great, call in orders are welcome and selection is big enough. People who work there are very friendly and it is nice to have business with them.

ordered a cheesesteak. meat was sliced WAY too thick and it was too tough. location and experience kinda creepy. NOTHING like an authentic philly steak. very disappointed.
